Honda released additional details regarding its new small hybrid car scheduled for introduction early next year, as part of the mid-year address by Takeo Fukui, Chief Executive Officer of Honda Motor Co., Ltd.

The all-new 2009 Honda Fit, set to go on sale in Canada this fall, made its North America debut at the New York International Auto Show.
